RESUMO
Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar as narrativas da Comunidade Ballroom de São Paulo, para situar como as práticas de prevenção combinada ao HIV se dão em pessoas negras LGBTQIAPN+, identificando como as estratégias se conformam, com que elementos e influências, ausências e restrições. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa no campo da Saúde Coletiva que utiliza entrevistas semiestruturadas com lideranças dessa comunidade para reconstruir as narrativas sobre HIV, abrindo um arquivo negro sobre prevenção. Tal perspectiva, alinhado ao trabalho de Saidiya Hartman pela perspectiva do pensamento negro radical, debruça-se sobre as histórias que não foram e ainda serão contadas: uma forma de imaginar radicalmente o futuro da negridade. Enquanto força analítica, o arquivo negro da prevenção tem a função de reparação, ampliando narrativas pela ótica racial, ocluindo uma história única da epidemia de HIV/Aids.
Abstract This article aims to present the narratives of the Ballroom Community in São Paulo to situate how combined HIV prevention practices are carried out in these people, identifying how the strategies conform, with what elements and influences, absences and restrictions. This is a qualitative research in the field of Collective Health that uses semi-structured interviews with Ballroom leaders to reconstruct narratives about HIV, opening a black archive on prevention. Such a perspective, in line with Saidiya Hartman's work from the perspective of radical black thought, focuses on the stories that have not been and will still be told: a way of radically imagining the future of blackness. As an analytical force, the black archive has the function of reparation, expanding narratives from a racial perspective, occluding a unique history of the HIV/Aids epidemic.
